1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member", "you", "your") and bento4d ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing access to and use of the bento4d website located at bento4d.cam and all associated services, including casino games, sports betting markets, promotional offers and account management tools.

• You are not acting as an agent, nominee or representative of any other person for the purpose of placing bets or accessing games.
• You have not been informed that you are self-excluded or have requested exclusion from online gaming platforms.

bento4d reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any point. Where such evidence is not provided within a reasonable period, Account access may be restricted or closed.

4. Registration & KYC Verification

4.1 Registration Process

Prospective Members must supply accurate and complete information during registration, including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address and contact number. Providing false or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

bento4d operates a Know Your Customer programme to protect Members and maintain platform integrity. You may be required to submit one or more of the following at any time:

• A government-issued photo identification document (MyKad, passport or equivalent).
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement or equivalent).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (bank statement, e-wallet screenshot or similar).

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. Members are encouraged to complete verification proactively to avoid delays when withdrawing funds.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share login credentials with any other person. Notify bento4d support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. We will not be liable for any losses resulting from failure to maintain reasonable credential security.

5. Deposits

Deposits into a bento4d Account must originate from a payment method registered in the Member's own name. Accepted payment channels currently include, where available:

• Online banking: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online, Hong Leong Connect.
• E-wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay.
• Instant transfer: DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange).

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed within the Deposit section of your Account. Limits may differ between payment methods. All deposit amounts are stated in MYR.

bento4d does not accept deposits made on behalf of another person. Deposits sourced from credit facilities, borrowed funds or money belonging to a third party are strictly prohibited.

Processing times vary by method. E-wallet deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost or GrabPay and DuitNow transfers are typically credited instantly after payment gateway confirmation. FPX bank transfers may take up to 15 minutes. bento4d accepts no liability for delays caused by the payment provider or originating bank.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Eligibility for Withdrawal

Before a withdrawal request will be processed, the following conditions must all be satisfied:

• Your Account KYC verification is complete and in good standing.
• All wagering requirements attached to any active bonus or promotional funds have been met in full.
• The requested withdrawal amount does not exceed the balance available for withdrawal.
• Your Account has not been flagged for investigation, suspended or placed under a review hold.

6.2 Processing Times

Withdrawal requests submitted to verified accounts are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes for e-wallet methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow and Boost. Bank transfers to Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank and Hong Leong accounts may take longer depending on inter-bank schedules. bento4d does not guarantee processing within any specific timeframe and accepts no liability for delays attributable to third-party payment providers.

6.3 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in the Member's own name and previously used for a deposit where possible. bento4d reserves the right to request additional verification before processing a withdrawal to a new payment destination.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within the Withdrawal section of your Account. These limits may be adjusted from time to time. Large withdrawal requests may be subject to staged processing at bento4d's discretion.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

bento4d offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, cashback offers and referral rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer. Key general conditions include:

• Each bonus offer specifies a minimum qualifying deposit, wagering requirement and validity period. Failure to meet these conditions before expiry will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately. Real-money funds are typically wagered first unless the applicable promotional terms state otherwise.
• Wagering contributions vary by game category. Slot games, live casino tables and sports betting markets may contribute different percentages toward satisfying a wagering requirement.
• bento4d may withdraw, modify or suspend any promotion at any time. Notice will be provided where reasonably practicable.

8. Gameplay Rules

All casino games and sports betting markets available on bento4d are governed by individual game rules displayed within the respective game interface or market detail page. Members are responsible for reviewing the applicable rules before placing any wager.

Return to Player (RTP) percentages displayed for slot games are theoretical long-run averages based on a large number of game rounds. RTP figures do not predict or guarantee returns during any individual session. Actual results may differ substantially from the stated RTP.

Sports betting odds are quoted at the time of bet placement and may change before an event begins. In-play (live) markets for football, Liga Super Malaysia fixtures, EPL matches, UFC bouts and other events are subject to suspension or settlement adjustments where data feeds are delayed or where official results are revised.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round or bet settlement, bento4d reserves the right to void the affected round or wager and restore the relevant stake amount to the Member's Account. No further liability will arise.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the bento4d Platform:

• Registering more than one Account, or operating an Account in another person's name.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other Members, agents or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, display errors or technical vulnerabilities.
• Depositing or wagering funds derived from unlawful activity.
• Using payment methods not registered in your own name.
• Accessing the Platform through a VPN or proxy service where the purpose is to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
• Engaging in any conduct that is threatening, abusive or disruptive toward bento4d staff or support agents.

bento4d reserves the right to investigate suspected prohibited conduct and to suspend or close an Account while an investigation is ongoing. If prohibited conduct is confirmed, the Account will be closed and the relevant balance may be forfeited.

10. Suspension & Account Closure

bento4d may restrict, suspend or permanently close any Account at its reasonable discretion, including where:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms.
• There is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or match fixing.
• The Member has requested self-exclusion or a cooling-off period under the Responsible Gambling policy.
• KYC documents have not been supplied within a reasonable period following a request.
• The Account has been inactive for an extended period as defined in the applicable dormant account policy.

Where an Account is closed and no outstanding investigation or breach exists, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method, subject to standard processing conditions and any applicable outstanding wagering obligations.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bento4d, its directors, employees, agents and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising from:

• Interrupted Platform access due to maintenance, technical failure or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Loss of data, account information or game history resulting from equipment failure or network disruption on your side.
• Decisions taken in good faith on the basis of information available at the time.
• Any reliance placed on content displayed on the Platform regarding game outcomes, odds or promotional availability.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury or fraudulent misrepresentation caused by our negligence.

14. Amendments to These Terms

bento4d reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, reasonable notice will be provided by a notice displayed on the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account, where practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform after an amendment has been notified constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you should cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange Account closure.
